Waterline
This week I have been learning about water. A lady called Adrian from the Tauranga City Council came in and told us how water was made and taught us the water cycle. This is what I learn't :
I learn't that a tiny drop of water is created when two tiney pieces of hydrogen and one equally tiny piece of oxygen join together they become one tiny piece of water. Thousands of theese join thgether to make one drop of water. Did you know thet 97% of the worlds water is too salty for us to drink , which leaves us only three percent to drink . But furthermore 3% of that water is too deep for us to reach or is frozen ? That leaves us 1% to share among over 7 million people !!! We also learn't how to save water , So please have shorter showers and don't leave that tap on .
